Background
Attached to a command officer's Unit Command Office, a Naval Conference Room (Unit) or NCR-U provides essential services to meet the needs of a military unit's administrative & organizational priorities. Typically, NCR-U's serve the daily needs of a TIE Squadron, shuttle group (such as the 714th Special Operations Shuttle Group), Stormtrooper or Imperial Army Trooper unit, and various departments overseen by a Senior Staff Officer.
Very basic in nature, the NCR-U offered enough room for 8 personnel and aside from a basic interface system to access the Star Destroyer built into a flat viewscreen on the wall & a holoprojector built into the table, the NCR-U's only other feature is a basic code-and-lock security system on the door leading out into the corridor.
A passageway, however, is located along the backside of the meeting room behind a curved paneled curtain wall, which leads to the Unit Command Office. The door to the Unit Command Office is secured with a basic code-and-lock security system, as well as a hand scan security system for added protection.
