A Deep Space Criminal Interdiction Action (DCIA) is a term used by the Kingdom's Navy to authorize the use of Assault Fleet assets to enforce Customs, Anti-Piracy, Anti-Smuggling, and Patrol Operations (CAPS Ops) in lieu of available Defense Fleet assets in a geographical area within the Kingdom of Jod.
