Background
R3-B1, also known as Bugger, is a R3-series Astromech Droid which was "liberated" (stolen) by Jim Palso on Maryo in the Corporate Sector during a mission with The Mercs.
No one really knows where R3-B1 came from other then Courage Stacks, the droid's former master. With Stacks dead, however, no one was aware that the droid served during the Clone Wars and was specifically assigned to the Jedi Order during the war, engaging in top secret missions. Lacking a memory wipe due to unknown reasons, the droid has a interesting personality and is a treasure trove of Clone Wars information (much of it highly classified to this day).
Bugger became a counterpart of Walking Library over many years with Jim Palso.
Bugger serves as Palso's engineering droid, navigator, and sometime Gunner aboard the Hunk of Junk, a highly modified & already rare YT-1930 Transport. Since his "liberation", Bugger has seen a 75% increase in memory storage space & faster processing speeds by 50%. His exterior metal coverings have been replaced with hybrid plexisteel for better protection.
